 Pethers existing website was lost in a file recovery issue which could not be resolved. The hosting provider who built the first website was long lost along with all access codes and originating image files. Live By Design was able to duplicate files and reconstruct the website on a new server provided by Brisbane hosting provider: Perfect Host.As a priority, Graham Williams from Perfect Host coordinated the changing over of the email servers, so Pethers could maintain their email communications. Live By Design went to work tracing and duplicating file structures for a timely and economically viable rebuild.The result: A brand new website which appears identical to the website which was lost. A background music facility which greats visitors and sets the ambiance of the famed luxury retreat was also recovered and restored. Visitors saw no changes in a seamless changeover, and most importantly, email communications were maintained without interruption.
