 Tamborine Mountain Landcare Inc. is a highly successful association of enthusiasts dedicated to restoring rainforests and wildlife corridors in their town in the inland, mountain region south of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia.The group's vast activities required an online management facility which allowed them to display their many achievements and communicate forthcoming events to their wide audience. The ability to share photographs was another prerequisite. Live By Design designed a complete website, consisting of over fifty pages of information. Live by Design also included graphic design, database functionality, and collated and wrote copy to describe the many achievements and services provided by TM Landcare Inc. The News area is a permanent record of the organisation's history, while the Events area displays planting days and meetings. All this can be updated via the integrated content management system, which can be delegated to several volunteers, each with the task of their own specific area. TM Landcare Inc have several project locations for their activities, so Live By Design installed an interactive database facility for each of the projects. The addition of a recording journal and online purchase ordering will follow in the overall plan of the project.
